Senior ABM Strategist

We are searching for a Senior ABM Strategist with strong experience in media and channel strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can help shape and execute high-impact ABM strategies for our diverse B2B clients. The primary service lines will be ABM Strategy, Media Planning & Channel Strategy, Integrated Campaign Management, Analytics and Optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of media and channel-centric ABM initiatives that align with our clients' business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand strategy, research, analytics, media, web development, creative, and production) to ensure innovative and cohesive client solutions.
- Interpret market analysis and insights to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new media opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of metrics and KPIs specific to media and channel performance within ABM campaigns, adapting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- Act as a senior advisor to clients on media and channel-related ABM strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Inspire and mentor ABM team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in ABM marketing programs with a focus on media planning and channel marketing execution within an ABM framework.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels, channel marketing, and how they integrate into ABM strategies.
- Ability to synthesize market data and competitive insights into actionable media and channel strategies.
- Proven experience in training and mentoring team members, with a readiness to take on management responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Platform proficiency (ideally experience with 6sense, Demandbase, and similar ABM platforms)

The salary range below includes variations between all locations and offers a reflection of the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria. With an impressive PTO policy and career growth opportunities, a competitive salary is just one rich benefit of a position at Gravity Global.
Salary Range: $90k - $100k
This role can be fully remote in the US.
