Account Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our account management team, ensuring seamless communication and execution of client projects. This is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in marketing and account management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and assist in maintaining client relationships.
- Support the Account Manager/Director in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, media, creative).
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Monitor project performance and assist in gathering metrics to analyze results and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct research to support strategic planning, media recommendations, and campaign optimizations.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
- A team player with a collaborative attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, global organization.
