We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with agency experience to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of projects from start to finish, including creative, design, and technical production. Given our global operations, proficiency in Vietnamese is essential, as you'll frequently collaborate with a key team based in Vietnam.

The projects will be as diverse as they are exciting, spanning AR and VR experiences, HTML5 banner builds, video and animation production, OOH, Print, EDM campaigns, and responsive web design. You’ll work within innovative sectors such as aviation, financial services, and travel & tourism, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Scoping, costing, planning and specification of projects
• Coordinating integrated campaigns from creative ideation through to production and delivery
• Organising and leading project management meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Creation of and adherence to project timelines and budgets, and ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated to the relevant account lead in a timely manner
• Working closely with Creative Leads to effectively assign creative, copy and artworking resource across multiple projects
• Manage external resource and suppliers, including technical equipment and budgets to deliver outcomes in a cost-effective manner
• Be the main point of contact for Account Handlers for the Creative group in planning and booking of appropriate resource
• Maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders and clients where applicable, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the group
• Responsibility for the quality and profitability of projects
• Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focussed way of working
• Constantly seek out efficiencies and ways to improve how we work and service our clients

Experience / skills required

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Proven agency experience in a similar role
• Significant experience and understanding of running multi-channel campaigns
• A working knowledge of Google Web Designer and FlashTalking is advantageous.
• Exceptional organisation and project management capabilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to deliver projects with budgets in excess of £100k
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Jira, Asana
• First class attention to detail to be able to regularly complete SOW, briefs, cost estimates, risk assessments and timing plans
• Ability to report on project performance to internal stakeholders
• A calm and approachable character who is likeable, fun and proactive
• Confidence in a client facing role (which may be required from time to time), and able to communicate effectively at all levels
